DAVIDSON, NC – Work crews in Davidson have moved a 106-year-old home to make room for a new roundabout near Roosevelt-Wilson Park.

Instead of knocking the house down, officials salvaged it for affordable housing. It’s now relocated a few blocks away, with Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region restoring the home and finding new owners through its program.
