Rock the Block
Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region’s Rock the Block initiative is all about strengthening communities from the ground up.
This program brings together homeowners, dedicated community organizations, and passionate volunteers to revitalize neighborhoods through exterior beautification projects, landscaping updates, and community clean-up activities. It’s a collaborative effort designed to foster pride, refresh the look of the neighborhood, and create a more vibrant community for residents.
Stronger Together in West Davidson
On Friday, June 12, local residents, community organizations, and volunteers gathered in the West Davidson neighborhood for an incredible morning of community revitalization. From 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., energetic teams rolled up their sleeves at the 212 Gamble St. hub and across the neighborhood to make a tangible, lasting impact.
Thanks to the hard work of everyone involved, the event successfully beautified local yards, refreshed home exteriors, and brought neighbors closer together.
