Women Build 30

What started three decades ago as a conversation among three women working at Habitat Charlotte Region has grown into an international movement where women-led volunteer crews build affordable housing throughout the globe.

For thirty years Habitat Charlotte Region has hosted our annual Women Build; in honor of this milestone, we are excited to announce the launch of Women Build 30 (WB30).

Since Habitat Charlotte Region’s founding in 1983, we have partnered with over 2,800 families. In fiscal year 2020 alone, 43 new homes were built and 80 Critical Home Repair projects were completed.
