what is Money Matters?
Habitat Charlotte Region now offers Money Matters, a financial literacy program designed to help area individuals and families improve their financial knowledge regardless of their current financial situation or involvement with Habitat.
Each cohort consists of a curriculum of three sessions, held on three consecutive Saturday afternoons. Money Matters enrollment opportunities occur every three months (once a quarter).
who does Money Matters help?
Money Matters is expanded financial literacy curriculum offered to residents of Mecklenburg and Iredell Counties. The three-week program focuses on homeownership in the Charlotte region and assists program participants in their pursuit of homeownership and improved financial well-being. Topics include household budgeting, credit building, investing, retirement and more.
