Habitat Charlotte Region’s Playhouse Build brings volunteer teams together to build and paint playhouses for Habitat families, military families, and local nonprofits.
Volunteer with Your Team
The Playhouse Build offers a fun, meaningful team-building experience—ideal for corporate partners who may not be able to commit to a full-day construction project. A Playhouse Build is a half-day event building and decorating durable playhouses, with groups of 6-8 people per playhouse. Corporate partners will be in charge of creating the paint design and decoration based on the preferences of the child(ren).Each Playhouse Build is a half-day event where teams of 6–8 people build and decorate durable playhouses. Designs are based on the preferences of the child receiving it. With flexible scheduling, this is a great engagement option for teams and events of any size.
Teams contribute a tax-deductible gift of $2,500 per playhouse to help cover costs and support Habitat Charlotte Region’s mission.
