Standard Lead Times

Please review the standard lead times below when planning your events or projects. To submit a new request, use the button at the bottom of this page. Please provide comprehensive details when submitting to prevent delays or rejection.

ALL EVENT INQUIRIES SHOULD BE SENT DIRECTLY TO SYDNEY ELLIOT. SHE WILL SUBMIT ALL NECESSARY EVENT RELATED MARKETING REQUESTS.

Affiliate Event Support

6 months:

  • Video Production

10 weeks:

  • EventBrite Page Creation; Invtation/Save the Date; Landing Page Update

6 weeks: 

  • Event Signage

4 weeks: 

  • Flyer; PowerPoint (digital program); Printed Program

Event Date Dependent:

  • Social Media Post(s)
Retail Event Support

6 weeks:

  • We ask that all retail events be submitted six weeks before the event start date. If this is not possible, the marketing team will review your event on a case by case basis to discern what deliverables we can provide in the given time period.

  • Partner Family Video Interview

10 weeks:

  • Printed letter/Newsletter

6 weeks:

  • Branded Apparel or Merchandise; Impact/Program Sheet

4 weeks:

  • Brochure/Rack Card; Construction Signage; Flyer/Poster; Partner Family Written Story; Yard Signage – Partnerships
Retail Product/Collateral Creation

6 weeks:

  • Branded Apparel or Merchandise; Photo/Vide Project

4 weeks:

  • Larger Store Signage

3 weeks:

  • Donation Receipts; Store Flyer/Register Signage

3 weeks:

  • Website Form Edit/Creation; Website Page Edit/Creation
