When is bidding and construction anticipated?
The bid submission deadline will be Monday, September 8, 2025. Bids can be mailed to 3816 Latrobe Drive, Charlotte, NC 28211 or hand delivered to 3816 Latrobe Drive, Charlotte, NC 28211. Bids must be received at 3816 Latrobe Drive in Charlotte by the bid deadline at 2 pm.
