J Julian is a Habitat Charlotte Region community located off Tuckaseegee Road in Northwest Charlotte, just minutes from Uptown and Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Acquired in 2014, this development represents an important step toward creating affordable homeownership opportunities in a rapidly growing area of the city.

The first phase of J Julian is complete, featuring 12 thoughtfully designed townhomes that combine modern style with affordability.
