Blue Rose Engineering engineered this project and Cone Architecture provided architectural services.

When is bidding and construction anticipated?

The bid submission deadline will be September 10th, 2025. Bids can be mailed to 3816 Latrobe Drive, Charlotte, NC 28211, hand delivered to 3816 Latrobe Drive, Charlotte, NC 28211, or emailed to bids@habitatcltregion.org. Bids must be received at 3816 Latrobe Drive in Charlotte by the bid deadline at 2 pm.
