Zion Hill

Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region is announcing the opening of bids for Zion Hill, a new affordable homeownership community located at 6806 Robinson Church Road, Charlotte, NC 28215.

This development will feature 22 new‑construction duplex homes, each built with the Monroe floor plan, offering 1,251–1,410 sq ft, 3–4 bedrooms, and 2–2.5 bathrooms.

Horizontal construction is expected to begin in summer 2026, marking an important step in expanding affordable housing opportunities in East Charlotte.
