Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region is proud to announce Zion Hill, a new affordable homeownership community located at 6806 Robinson Church Road, Charlotte, NC 28215.

This development will feature 22 new‑construction duplex homes, each built with the Monroe floor plan, offering 1,251–1,410 sq ft, 3–4 bedrooms, and 2–2.5 bathrooms.

Horizontal construction began in summer 2026, marking an important step in expanding affordable housing opportunities in East Charlotte.
