Habitat Champions Initiative

The Habitat Champions Initiative is a collaboration between Habitat Charlotte Region and the affiliate’s partner families.

The initiative includes:

  • Habitat homebuyers (past & present)
  • Homeowners-in-Process (HIPs)
  • Critical Home Repair families
  • Money Matters participants

Because Habitat Charlotte Region partner families are embedded in neighborhoods, the Habitat Champions Initiative’s goal is to engage them in order to strengthen the organization’s outreach efforts and effectively promote who we are and what we do.

By evaluating our processes through the lens of those we serve, our intent is to foster overall organizational growth.

I'm ready to be a Champion!

Here are a few ways you can be a Habitat Champion:

  • Promote Habitat’s mission in your community
  • Spread the word for upcoming application cycles
  • Volunteer for events
  • Share your Habitat experience in your community
  • Participate in information sessions, listening sessions and focus groups
  • and much more!

Complete the Habitat Champions Initiative interest form below and someone from our team will be in touch shortly!
